Stephen’s Palate

I made my own seasoning for taco meat. I gave some to Stephen. He took one bite and immediately said “Too much paprika.”

I was impressed he knew what the flavor was. I had to taste some paprika just to see what he was talking about.

I get the feeling that eventually he will be a pretty good cook.
